Happy Easter!

This year we had a fairly quiet Easter in Kansas City. It was actually very cold and snowing on Easter morning - hence the sweater Adalee wore to Easter Mass - but luckily the sun came out and we were able to spend a little bit of time outside in the afternoon!

going through a phase right now where she doesn't
like taking baths in the bath tub - only the kitchen sink.
So we tried to get some things that would *hopefully*
make bath time more fun!

And of course I couldn't resist getting her some new shades :)

New Years Eve 2015

We did nothing too special this year for New Years. Just hung out as a family - ate some Buffalo Wild Wings, played with some toys, read a few books, and listened to music performances that we had never heard before during the Rockin' New Years Eve celebration on TV. But we did listen to Miss Adalee laugh a lot on New Years Eve - she was in such a good mood! :)

Merry Christmas from the Bells!

This year, we spent the Christmas holiday in Manhattan with my family. Christmas Eve was spent with my Dad's side of the family at our house, and then we spent Christmas morning with my parents and sister, and Christmas evening with my Mom's side of the family at my grandparents home. It was a crazy busy couple of days, but so much fun to have so much family time!

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year, we spent Thanksgiving with the Bell family. All of Michael's family to KC for a weekend of family fun! Unfortunately, I was horrible about taking pictures, so we only have a few from the weekend. One of these days I will get better about keeping my camera with me!

Happy Halloween!

We spent Miss Adalee's first halloween visiting the Kansas City Zoo with our friends Dustin and Marta, and their sweet baby girl Mia! It was actually pretty great weather for the end of October, and we had lots of fun walking around to see all of the animals!
